If one of your employees causes an injury to themselves or others, as a result of drug or alcohol misuse, you and your business will be held responsible. This may result in a large fine and possible increase in the cost of insurance cover. It's not a risk worth taking.
The use of so-called recreational drug taking is increasing and alcohol is already a social problem for some people. The beauty of our service is that it concentrates on current abuse, not historical abuse. You're concerned about whether an employee is fit for work today, not what he or she has been up to last week or last month. That's why we favour saliva testing. Saliva testing is less intrusive, more accurate and is more fair and it's easier to administer.
If you prefer urine testing we offer that as well.
